Found it cheaper? Send it to us.

If you find the same new, in-stock model at a lower price from an authorized dealer in the United States, we'll match it — before you buy or within 14 days after.

How it works

  1. Email support@morealis.co or call (800) 441-9246 with the model number and a link to the competing offer.
  2. We verify the dealer is authorized for that brand and the offer is for the identical model, new, in the original carton.
  3. We match the price on your order.

What we can and can't match

  • Brands with a minimum advertised price (Thor Kitchen and ZLINE among them): every authorized dealer is required to show the same price, so a lower advertised price usually means an unauthorized seller. We can't match unauthorized sellers, and buying from one usually voids the manufacturer warranty. We'll tell you plainly if that's what you've found.
  • We don't match auction sites, marketplaces, liquidators, open-box, refurbished, floor models, clearance, bundle-only or membership pricing, typographical errors, or offers that include financing incentives or rebates.
  • The competitor must have the item in stock and ship to your address.
