How long does a Thor Kitchen package take to arrive?

Orders leave the warehouse in 3–7 business days and you get tracking by email the moment they ship. Appliances travel by freight carrier, and the carrier calls you to schedule a delivery window. If you're not ready for delivery yet — remodel still in progress — call us and we'll hold the order.

Is delivery to the curb or inside the house?

Curbside. The driver brings the pallet to the curb or driveway. Plan to have a second person or a dolly to bring the units inside. Installation is not included.

Can you beat another dealer's price?

Thor Kitchen enforces a minimum advertised price, so every authorized dealer shows the same number. If you find a lower price at an authorized dealer, send it to us — see our price match policy. On multi-unit orders, ask for a quote; there's more room on freight and bundling than on the unit price.

What if it arrives damaged?

Inspect before you sign for it. If there's damage, note it on the delivery receipt, email support@morealis.co the same day with your order number and photos, and we take it from there.

Natural gas or propane?

Most Thor Kitchen gas ranges ship set up for natural gas with a propane conversion kit available; some models are sold as an LP variant. Pick the fuel on the product page or ask a specialist — getting this wrong is the most common reason a range gets returned.
